The happy coincidence of summer and football inspired us to run a group-wide promotion, with lucky buyers going into the hat to win either a second prize of beer and wine, or the first prize of a beer-fridge full of beer.

In the event, the winners of the second prize were Guinness Northern Counties housing association, more specifically their East Manchester office.

Finally, the lucky winners of the first prize were the grounds staff at Prestwich Arts College.
